Registered My Tablet For Warranty

I purchased my most recent tablet on December 25th 2023. It came with a 1 year warranty. It hasn't been recharging correctly during the past 5 days. I don't understand why. I have just registered it with the manufacturer and am going to send it in for servicing. I don't find using the tablet easy. I didn't grow up with a cell phone. I feel like I am all thumbs when touching the screen. However what I really like about it is the Authenticator App. I see the value in 2 factor authentication. It is worth having. I am trying my best to get use to it. It still doesn't feel natural to me. But this helps me with my goals. I am trying my best to learn and adapt.
