Performed Intramuscular Magnesium Injections

My hips are rigid. They are paining me. They are like a clenched fist. I need them to relax. I decided to perform intramuscular magnesium injections on each. The magnesium I take each day isn't keeping up. I am hoping this will help act like a booster immunization shot and make the oral magnesium effective again. My damn artificial left hip joint hasn't been the same size it started malfunctioning just before Christmas. My right hip is taking a real beating compensating. I needed to do something. I really hoping this works. It has in the past. I will see how they are doing tomorrow.
