Cream Of Vegetable Soup Is Cooling To Be Frozen For Surgery

Yesterday I put on cream of vegetable soup as part of my meal preparation efforts for my upcoming knee replacement surgery. This is now cooked. My house smells fantastic. I have turned off my slow cooker and placed the vegetable soup into my refrigerator to cool. When the cream of vegetable soup reaches refrigerator temperature I will get it into the glass canning jars and into my freezer.
