Ordered Some Frozen Meals To Ease The Recovery Journey

The recovery from my right knee joint being replaced isn't going well. A confluence of the other physical challenges have come together. I am just not managing the essential activities of daily living. I have decided to make my life easier. I have ordered 2 weeks worth of frozen meals. This will help me buy time. I will be able to re-evaluate if this frees up energy I may dedicate towards the range of motion exercisers I am suppose to be doing to help my right knee joint recover from being replaced. I find buying frozen meals to be the easiest task to outsource that has the best way of freeing up energy and the thinking that goes into meal planning.
