Got Medication To Better Manage My Knee Replacement Nerve Pain
[ Wednesday May 20th 2026 at 11:33 am ]

The prescription my family doctor gave me has now been counted and I have the medication. This is a medication I have already been using for nerve pain. We have upped the dose by 10 mg.

We did this last summer when the seroma kept draining and the nerve pain causing from my incision tearing open was particularly debilitating. I wasn't able to manage the bare essential tasks of life. I desperately needed relief. Based on last summer there is a very high chance this is what I am needing to stop feeling like I am going to faint, vomit and loose my sense of which way is up from the severity of the nerve pain.

I am glad I have so much experience with pain to be able to identify these symptoms as only being the result of nerve pain.
