Purchased Two Baking Pans For My Countertop Oven

I just slipped over to the store and purchased (2) 9" x 9" baking pans for my countertop oven. I am really glad I purchased the countertop oven at a yard sale. This is so much easier for me to access instead of the oven that is part of my stove. Something really special happened while I was shopping. I honestly needed someone to help me figure out what size pan to purchase. There was a woman in the kitchen section. I asked if she would help me know what is best. As it turned out she is a personal support worker. When I explained that I had purchased a countertop oven because I can't use my oven she immediately understood me. Then what followed was a really helpful discussion. I have what I need to bake the fish servings.
