Family Doctor Completed My Disability Tax Certificate For Renewal

My Disability Tax Certificate with Canada Revenue Agency expires on December 31st 2026. Amazingly even though I had both of my artificial hips replaced in 2025 and my right knee replaced in April 2026 I have less mobility. I am again requiring the use of my power wheelchair for mobility around my home. My left knee joint is causing me pain. It can only handle me taking 60 steps every 24 hours. I am behind schedule by about 3 weeks with my right knee joint replacement surgery. I haven't been able to complete a successful course of physiotherapy for either of my new artificial hips. I remain eligible for the criteria of having a disability tax certificate. My family doctor has completed the paper work for me to provide to Canada Revenue Agency. This is another chore off my "to do" list completed.
