Making Progress With My Right Knee Joint Replacement Physiotherapy

I just finished using the warm water therapy pool. Today I noticed how it was easier doing the stretches compared to 2 weeks ago. My artificial right knee joint is healing. I couldn't be more relieved and grateful. I am really glad this was working. Recently when scar tissue let go while my right knee joint popped 3 different times the recovery from my knee replacement surgery started happening in earnest. There is clearly an end date to this recovery. Barring an extraordinary set of circumstances I am hoping the end of September 2026 will have me recovered. Although my commitment to my right knee joint replacement surgery recovery is when my right knee physiotherapy plateaus + 3 additional weeks. Then I will be entering into a maintenance routine so I don't loose my gains while I wait to undergo my left knee joint replacement surgery.
