Rescheduled Appointment To Assess My Left Knee Joint For Replacement

I was given a September 3rd 2026 and 9:30 AM appointment with a surgeon to further discuss replacing my left knee joint. The timing of this appointment simply won't work. It isn't compatible with the VIA Rail Canada train schedule and the Kingston Transit bus ride from the train station to the orthopaedic clinic. I have now been able to re-book it. Unfortunately this means my appointment is now on October 6th 2026. There wasn't a clinic that could accommodate an appointment on or after 10:30 AM before this. I am not terribly disappointed by this. I am still making physiotherapy gains with the knee joint that was replaced in April 2026. This artificial knee joint isn't ready for me to have the other knee joint replaced yet. I needed this additional month to keep doing my knee replacement physiotherapy.
