Making Progress With My Right Knee Joint Physiotherapy

The warm water therapy pool is still closed as the aquatic center undergoes annual preventative maintenance. Today I spent 90 minutes in the workout room. A total of 15 minutes was spent having breaks between sets of exercises. The first time I used the workout room was on August 29th 2026. At that point my artificial knee joint could only withstand me spending a total of 60 minutes (including breaks between each set) in the workout room. It is really wonderful that my artificial right knee joint is making measurable gains. I honestly couldn't be more happy and relieved to have achieved this progress.
