Leaving The Gym Early From Pain Causing Nausea And Dizziness

I was up from pain in the night. It wasn't ready to use the pool for the 9AM time slot like I had planned. I was needing more rest when I got up at 8:30AM. But with my pain under control and only feeling tired I decided I would eat and head to the gym for 11AM. My goal was to just use the workout room.
Given all the pain, nausea and dizziness of the past week I was happy that doing this would have been the most I could do to help my right knee joint in the healing process from my replacement surgery earlier this year. After about 10 minutes the nausea and dizziness started again. When I moved my right leg to do a stretch the seroma that formed until my left artificial hip revision surgery to open. The nausea and dizziness immediately overwhelmed me. I stopped for a few minutes to see if it would pass. This was starting to abate. But then it came right back with the healing pain created as I did the next stretch for my right artificial knee replacement. I tried three more times with the same result.
The nausea is simply overwhelming. I needed to get myself home in bed as soon as practical. Combined with the past week the problem I now have is that I can't do the recovery for my left knee joint to be replaced with this going on. The recovery from knee replacement surgery is very punishing. There isn't anything natural about making an artificial right knee joint recover.
With a hip replacement you passively recovery as you go about life. Actions like sitting on a toilet, laying down and sitting in a chair count towards a hip replacement physiotherapy. But with an artificial knee joint it won't heal unless you are intentional about it. I must have energy and stamina to do the recovery for my left knee joint to be replaced. This past week has demonstrated the nausea and dizziness caused by pain isn't controllable by medication. I am afraid I have reached the conclusion that the left seroma needs treatment by the plastic surgeon who is responsible for it.
I can't see any other pathway forward other than to draw attention to this seroma being insurmountable. I am going to mull this over for a day just to make sure there isn't any other conclusion I can make. Assuming I reach the same conclusion it will be appropriate to reach out to the plastic surgeon who is responsible for managing the seromas on account of all the pain it is causing me to experience. I need to be able to do the recovery for my left knee joint when I have a date for surgery. There is no way I am going to be successful if I am just trying to survive on account of the nausea and dizziness the severe pain is causing me.
