Have The Name And Contact For The Surgeon Addressing My Seromas
[ Tuesday October 6th 2026 at 3:22 pm ]

The seromas under both of my artificial hip revision surgeries last year aren't letting up. It keeps making me feel dizzy and like I am going to vomit. For better or worse I have decided to reach out to the plastic surgeon responsible for managing these. The pain they are causing me has become insurmountable.

I didn't have the name of the plastic surgeon. The surgeon who replaced both of my artificial hips and right knee joint prepared this referral. When I had this appointment on August 6th 2026 it made sense to leave the seromas alone until after my left knee joint was replaced and I recovered. I didn't bother asking for this doctors name. I reached out to the patient relations department. They have now given me this information.

I just need to collect my thoughts. Then I will write a short letter explaining what has changed since the August 6th 2026 appointment and the challenges of doing nothing are going to cause me. I am not wanting to handicap a doctor from helping me. I no longer think doing nothing is an option. Simply put: Pain causing nausea and dizziness is extremely debilitating.
