Prepared My List Of Medication And Supplements For Pre-Surgery Screening

Just like I did with the dentist a few days ago I have copied and my list of medications and supplements I use from Google Keep Notes and pasted it into my word processor. Then I printed it off. I am going to bring this with me to my pre-surgery screening appointment. This will make it much easier for the Pre-Surgery Screening nurse to update my patient chart with what I use and at what time. The notes the nurse makes is will I will start with as an inpatient. Of course this can be adjusted as needed while I am in an inpatient. It was really great being able to leave some of my pain behind following each of the surgeries to replace my artificial hips and my right knee joint. I am really hoping this happens again for me.
