Warranty Replacement For My Cell Phone Ottobox Case

A corner of the Ottobox case for my cell phone peeled off. This doesn't make a lot of sense to me why it happened. There wasn't anything obviously wrong with the case before I touched the corner. The case is still under warranty. Ottobox is willing to replace it. I just have to pay for shipping. This has saved my cell phone from being damaged a few times. It is well worth the cost of shipping to get myself another case. I am glad my pain isn't too bad today so I was able to deal with this. I don't like it when my "to do" list is out of control.
