Voice Mail To Arrange A Meet & Greet Appointment With My New Family Doctor

I have woke up from having a rest. There was a phone message for me. The new family doctor office medical secretary called to arrange my "meet & greet" appointment with my new family doctor. Some time ago I changed my voice mail greeting to say if it is a doctor office calling the voice mail is private and confidential and asked that a detailed voice message be left for me. The woman calling did so. She included an e-mail address if I wanted to use this. This will allow me to see the available appointments on the family doctor's calendar and let me figure out the travel logistics to get to my new family doctor office for my first appointment. This evening I am going to work on a summary for the new family doctor. I want to put together a list of medications and supplements I am using at the direction of my pain management doctor. I also want to put together a list of surgeries I have had. I am not transferring from a different family doctor. This will form a starting point with my new family doctor. It is too many details to expect my new family doctor to write it all out and get it accurate. I will send this at the same time as I ask for my initial appointment.
