Purchased Wood To Make A Physiotherapy Knee Slider

With my right knee joint replacement surgery just over 3 weeks away I have started thinking through the recovery. I have been to Home Depot. I have purchased wood to make my own knee slider boarder. This is for use with the physiotherapy stretches to recover from knee replacement surgery. Essentially the idea of knee replacement physiotherapy is to stretch the tendons and ligaments to fit around the knee replacement surgery hardware. The use of a knee slider board guides the motion to facilitate this. I thoroughly enjoy woodworking. This should be easy to create.
