Ordered Physiotherapy Resistance Band For My Knee Slider Board

I am wanting to create my own knee slider board. To get the most out of this I have mail ordered a physiotherapy resistance band. The idea is that once I am past the stage of using the board to get my knee joint range of motion back I will use a resistance band to make this more challenging. By doing this I will be continuing to challenge my right artificial knee joint to heal. This is instead of allowing the recovery from my knee replacement surgery to stall. I am perfectly willing to do whatever physiotherapy is reasonable to recover from having my right knee joint replaced.
