Continuing With The Warm Water Therapy Pool

I am heading to the warm water therapy pool. I haven't been there for a few days. The recovery from my knee replacement surgery has been incredibly difficult again. I have been experiencing a lot of pain and fatigue during the past few days. I had no choice but to honor my body by resting. I still did my exercises at home on the days I didn't make it to the pool. I will be properly glad when I have recovered from my right knee joint being replaced and I am able to focus on living my life for a few weeks before I get ready for the next surgery. This hasn't been an easy process. But the presurgery unrelenting pain has subsided. I just need to keep working through the recovery so I am able to recover and bring some stability back to my life.
