Ordered A Pair Of 2 Water Bottles

I keep a water bottle beside me throughout the day. The idea is that the water bottle holds about 4 glasses of water. It is much easier (logistically speaking) for me to fill it once compared to having to keep going for water. I can't physically take the punishment of the recovery from my artificial hips being replaced. Using a large water bottle is being kind to my bottle. It is something I have control over for how much pain I experience when getting water to drink. My hip joints (as a whole) haven't been strengthened to support this yet. Then there is the problem with my knee joints. My knee joints both deteriorated following surgery. Their alignment changed as a result of replacing my artificial hips. I have concerns that my knees will prevent me from completing a successful course of physiotherapy for my hips. With this in mind I have just purchased (2) 1 liter water bottles. My hope is that one can go through the dishwasher while I use the other. I am trying to do the little bit I have control over to help myself.
